2nd year house
Hey, myself and two lads are looking for a girl to join and balance out our 4 bed house for next year.
The house is in Nechells which is super close to BCU/Cons/Aston, it’s a nice new build, rent is £95pppw (sans bills) and the tenancy starts Sept 1st, so you can save on summer rent - but we might be able to move some things in before then.
