I keep getting error every time I tried to scan voi scooters, any suggestions?

Hi I am a new user to Voi electric scooter. Unfortunately, every time I try to unlock the voi scooter by scanning it or manually entering the code, I keep getting a error. I have a enough funds in my bank account to unlock and use the scooter and I have data. I’m not sure what is happening. Any suggestions?
