helppp!! failing a level media :(

Okay so I did a Christmas mock, and I got an E. I don't know what to do. My teacher doesn't really teach us properly (he doesn't write anything, and says everything!!) I find it so difficult to keep up and I've asked him to slow down and write stuff but he doesn't. Currently, we're annotating the factsheets. Should I just learn these? I don't really understand representation either. helpppp
