Obedience

Hey I've been set this essay question: Describe and discuss one situational and one dispositional explanation of obedience. ...and have been having some difficulties.
I've chosen the agency theory (agentic shift from an autonomous state) for the situational explanation and authoritarianism for the dispositional and have described them successfully (I hope :confused:

) but im really stuck now as to how to discuss them??? any ideas? :confused:
