Which University is better

I have received offer from KCL and LSE for MSc in Conflict Studies. Which is more prestigious and better from employability pt of view.
You shouldn't focus on "prestigious", a degree is a degree regardless of which university it is from. It will boil down to your grade. A 2:1 at LSE won't look better than a 1:1 from say Exeter simply because it was LSE.

Things you should consider should be things such as:
- Module content for the course, they may be the same subject but KCL could focus on vastly different areas than LSE
- Societies at the University. Does the Uni have any specific societies you would be interested in joining?
- Extra content offered. Some universities offer Internships, Study Abroad, exchange programmes etc
- Look at the associations each uni has with certain employment groups. Do they have specific programmes with certain employers to help graduates into work?

KCL effectively originated courses such as these and continue to have an excellent reputation in the field.

For conflict studies, KCL will definitely be the better choice. Not only is the Department of War Studies probably the best school for conflict studies in the world, it is also much more focused on conflict than the IR-heavy LSE. Also, people and HR in the field will know that War Studies is better for conflict studies than LSE, which means that LSE is not even more prestigious where it matters, only in its general prestige.
