i am taking economics a-level, i did not take it for gcse. would you recommend i familiarise myself with the content over summer or will year 12 be 'beginner friendly'.

you should be fine. I didnt do any economics before alevel and was able to understand and manage fine. So you dont need to go over any content over summer. Although going over some can help but you dont need to
