Will taking Biomedical Science in Buckingham be any different from the usual 3 year courses in other unis?

I wanted to know if it would be more difficult for me to get Masters or do HCPC. And will it be more harder to get a job or any further studies. I'm worried that they may think that I had not studied all content properly because it's a 2 year course and not a 3 year course.
