Spare Accommodation at The Croft Derby
Hi I have an accommodation booked at the Croft Derby and I have received a offer to go Liverpool uni after booking. I would like to accept my offer to Liverpool but I am passed the cancellation period for the accommodation so I must find someone to replace me as a tenant.
The accommodation contract is for a en-suite room with a kitchen shared with 4 other people. The contract is 52 weeks and 145 pound a week.
