In need of a replacement tenant for Deakins Place accommodation in Nottingham.

Hello, I'm leaving my accommodation and looking for a replacement tenant. The room is an ensuite silver plus at Deakins Place and the rent is £185 bills included a week and the tenancy ends mid July 2023. Rent has been paid up until January and the new tenancy should start mid January. Hey, sorry this might be irrelevant to you, but I was just curious and wanted to ask some questions about Deakins Place.
I got a confirmation email with an offer for a Silver En-Suite room, but while applying the website said £185 a week, but my tenancy contract says £191 (which isn't a massive difference, but I was slightly confused as to why it's different). Also, in terms of deposits, when do we pay and is it refundable?
