I roughly agree with your tiers but University of Kent in Tier 5... come on ...please move it up a tier (I went there and would love to see it promoted to mediocre)
I remember the University of Kent being particularly good for European Studies/International Relations and European Law though they seem to have suspended their European studies undergraduate course now
