QMUL MSc Psycholgical therapies

Hello, I am an american that got accepted to this program recently but wanted to know if so can still go into my doctorate of psychology program after because the course is only academically accredited, is there a place where students find clinical accreditation whilst in the program? because how else would you be able to go onto a doctorate? secondly as of now i’d like to do my doctorate in the UK but if not and I decide to come back to the US would i be able to get into a doctorate program here? HELPPP
