liverpool university accommodation replacement tenant for 2023/24

i have decided to drop out of university and had already booked my room and i am unable to end the agreement my only option is to have someone take over my accommodation the room is as described
a ensuite classic with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen this room has a 3/4 double bed and in the flat there are 4-6 flatmates as well as this all bills are included
the accommodation is unite students Atlantic point
the address is

and the agreement term is
9^th Sep 2023 - 13^th Jul 2024
