My daughter received email for applying warwick graduate excellence scholarship. She didnt receive acceptance yet. Does it mean that she has secured place?

Unless the email says that she has secured a place, I would assume not, for the moment
Often they will send a confirmation of your application first, before another email that communicates your acceptance

She didnt apply for warwick scholarship afterwards as she got acceptance from LSE.
