KCL Tenancy takeover (Canada Water premium ensuite) 15 April to 24 June

Canada Water, Premium Ensuite Room

Hey, I’m looking for a KCL student to take over my tenancy at Canada Water. The contract would be £275 per week from 15 April 2023 to 24 June 2023.

It’s a premium ensuite room with a small double bed (120 x 190cm), desk + chair, small table + armchair, wardrobe, and two windows. The kitchen is shared with 9 other people in the flat who are all really nice and easy to get along with.

The location is close to KCL campuses and is only a 5 minute walk from the closest tube station (Canada Water). It’s also a close walk to the shops and restaurants. You can find out more here:

Hi there! I'd be very interested in taking this room - do you have any photos of it? The website only has photos of the standard ensuite(and you've got a premium ensuite). Cheers :smile:
