Hi Everyone,
I’m in my foundation year at Uni but i’m moving home for the summer, I’m not able to shorten my tenancy so i’m looking for someone to take it over!
It’s a studio at the Old Fire Station that’s a 2 minute walk to Aston. It would be an available from May 30th to August 31st. It’s £195 a week, including all bills etc! Details below:
The Old Fire Station Grade 2 listed landmark
2 minute walk to Aston University campus
3 minute walk to Birmingham City University
All bills included in rent
Room comes with: toaster, kettle, small double bed, chair, desk, wardrobe, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, ironing board, bathroom, kitchen, bin, notice board, storage cube
dual occupancy at no extra cost
