For this question I halved the significance level to 0.05 as it’s a two tailed test (difference) but the mark scheme doesn’t seem to do so.
Please guide me to the correct answer as this mark scheme has many errors 😭

Yes, it should be using 5% in each tail.
The 5th line of the mark scheme should end "0.15 > 0.05"
