Modern languages course bangor university

Hello, I am coming to study modern langauges at bangor but since it is modern languages and not a specific langauge, do we get to choose the languages we want to do when we arrive? I put French and Chinese in my personal statement but as 2 beginner langauges is an option, I would really like to learn German and Mandarin Chinese.

Great to hear you will be coming to Bangor to study Modern languages, you can study up to 3 languages and 2 can be from beginner as long as you are confident in one.
