Blasting Music Out The Window

I'm sure some of us have an impulse to blast our favourite tunes out the window so the whole neighbourhood could hear them. I know such behaviour would make others' ears bleed and noise complaints could arise, perhaps even involving the police.

What do you think of people who do this, have you ever done this or have you ever felt the urge to do this?
