ASOS
So my ASOS account got blocked and I won't be able to make any purchases from ASOS from now on as you need an account for it. I also can't make a new account as it automatically blocks that one too. I've spoken to the ASOS customer service team NUMEROUS times and they all say they can't do anything and even the manager and highest staff can't do anything about it. I've been a regular for ASOS for years and now I can't shop there which is really frustrating. Has this happened to anyone else? I know I could just shop elsewhere but ASOS is easiest for me and its my ideal preference.
