Postgraduate vs undergraduate speech and language therapy

I am hoping to apply for speech and language therapy as a mature student.
I am torn between undergrad and postgraduate courses. I was wondering whether anyone had any advice around which option is best to go down if you had the choice and differences between them

A postgrad would be 3 years worth of work crammed into 2 years. Its upto you whether you could manage that?
