hey i live in a bad area and im in quartile one for polar4 and ive lived in this address for more than 5 years now. however i may move my address in next few months, would that affect my elligibility and would i still be able to use this address im living now.

It might, as you must complete your address as it is at the point at which you are applying.

However, you can contact unis after the fact to confirm the dates you lived at the previous address, (they may want some confirmation from your school). They may be willing to take the previous address into account.
