Subletting a studio near Jubilee - Madison Gardens

Hi there! I’ve booked an awesome studio at Madison Gardens. Before that I’ve asked a lot of questions to the manager, and based on the information I’ve got, I think it’s the best-value option as a studio near Jubilee. Now I have to sublet it because my friends invite me to share a house with them. I can tell you what I know about it here:

- £199 per week. All bills included. WiFi, private kitchen. See their website.
- 51 weeks in total. The Tenancy shall start on and include the 17/09/2023 and shall end on and include the 07/09/2024.
- £250 deposit. I’ve paid this already.
- It’s NOT on the ground floor. I’ve confirmed this.
- It’s really new and decent (as far as I can tell). The studio is the new option this year, and they have been actively constructing it. Everything in the studio will be completely new.
- I’ve been to the site physically. It looks quite nice. Just drop me a pm if you would like to have a look at current construction site.
