What is this formula for? It is an area formula but what you really need to do is upload a photo of the question or use latex to display it correctly.

To get you going you could deal with 3 then h then 4 then pi and then sort out the cube. You could shorten this but we have no idea what you problem is because you have not told us.

Is is definitely "square" or "square root"?

What you have written looks like this to me:
b=(4πr33h)2b = (\dfrac{4\pi r^3}{3h})^2

Is that the actual question?
