Starbucks interview

I’ve been invited to a Starbucks Recruitment Day on friday, what should I wear? Is a shirt, tie and trousers too much? Or should I do smart casual? I’m not sure. Also if anyone knows, is a recruitment day an interview or something else?

for entry level jobs, i think people (especially those going for their first jobs) put too much value on dressing super formal — you’ll be fine dressing smart-ish casual! don’t dress in like a skimpy shirt or short shorts of course, but even something like jeans and a decent t shirt is more than acceptable, particularly for somewhere like starbucks :smile:
