Try clearing your cache, then try logging in with a different browser or on a different device. If non of these work, try logging in from another wifi connection. After that, I'm out of ideas :dontknow:

They can still log in to their accounts now - my daughter has just got in to hers. There is just a read-only status message on there at the moment. It's best if the OP can sort out the problem with their log in before results day.
