Cheap single bedroom University of Leeds accommodation

Low-cost tenancy takeover:
Looking for a female undergraduate at Uni of Leeds to take over my tenancy in student accommodation. Single bedroom, kitchen shared with 4 flatmates, £111pw - one of the cheapest, best-priced student accoms in Leeds.
Tenancy is from 16/09/2023 to 06/07/2024 (42 weeks). Included bills, high-speed wifi, bathroom cleaning every week, bins emptied every 2 days, Edge gym sports membership, and occasional free events hosted by the residence committee. (No extra cost)
Honestly the perfect undergrad accom, easy to make friends. I would live here myself again if it were not for unforeseen circumstances!
