i am leaving university and need someone to take over my tenancy.
Its at Woodhouse Flats, LS2 9EP
From Now until July 26th you can move in ASAP

I have paid 2 rents out of 3, there is 1 remaining rent due in April and I want to move out before then since I want to move back home.

Rent Remaining £2595 to be paid on April 1st
£173 per week from April to July 26th
