Masters programs
I’ve got prospectuses and spoken to staff at a few unis that specialise in music.
Some in person courses offer students a whole day of lectures per week for a year and some only offer 3 hours of lessons a week.
Some allow students to use amazing onsite resources/ facilities. Others only have macs for use in actual lessons only.
Some charge £7000 for the year others want over £11000.
I’ve calculated that if you pay £11000 and only get 3 hours with the lecturers every week that works out at nearly £100 an hour per learner!!!
Do you guys think it’s rude to ask staff exactly what you get for your money?
The piece of paper is irrelevant it’s all about good training and hands on experience of using equipment, even at masters level.
