York's University's clinical psychology phd programme where should I start?

Some background: I’m currently in year 12, studying sociology, psychology, and English literature at A-level, and I have been predicted three A*s (yay!). My plan is to become a clinical psychologist. I intend to go to York University and become a clinical psychologist through their clinical psychology fast-track/route program. York’s PhD program in clinical psychology takes on approximately 13 students postgraduates from their bachelor’s and integrated master’s psychology programs. So, here’s the question: would I be more likely to gain a place in the PhD program if I complete an integrated master’s rather than a bachelor’s degree? Will I be a stronger applicant having completed the integrated master’s, or is it simply inconsequential in my PhD application?
