Aberdeen accommodation

Hi there,
I currently hold a tenancy at student roast pittodrie street and i was wondering if there would be anyone interested in taking over my tenancy due to family circumstances changing. It is the bronze room for 44weeks it is £161 a week and right now they are renting them at £165. I would also be willing to pay the £250 deposit for your tenancy as well. Is anyone interested or know anyone.
