I got rejected. 1st class student BSc Investment and Finance in Property. Work experience in RE investment and developmentand experience at a large US REIT. I also have come from a background of extreme poverty so my achievements are quiteextraordinary considering my background. I guess I will jump straight into industry! All the best.

Emailed the department, I've been placed in the waiting list. Applied on second week of Nov so anyone who applied around that time and hasn't already been rejected would also be in the waiting list. This pretty much looks like a soft rejection.

Would that imply there have been offers made just that we are unaware of
