You cannot go straight to university
You will need level 3 qualifications: A Levels, T Level, Level 3 BTEC for uni
See: https://www.londonbrookescollege.co.uk/sixth-form-college/international-students/
It is an international sixth form (place where you study level 3 qualifications)

‘Students applying for an A Level programme must meet our entry requirements of 5 grade C’s or above at GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English Language. You must also be able to demonstrate your English proficiency by holding an IELTS score of 5.0 5.5 or above. Please refer to the UK Border Agency website for a list of approved English Language Tests.’

I looked at https://www.scholaro.com/db/countries/india/education-system#:~:text=Secondary%20education%20begins%20in%20grade,%2C%20or%20%27Standard%20XII%27.

If you finished grade 10, you already have your school qualifications. Ignore my first post (it has been deleted), if you have the qualifications, you can apply to sixth forms

Sixth form is a place of education for you to study level 3 qualifications (think of it as your equivalent of studying grade 11 and grade 12 at a school).
You have to apply to the school directly
See https://www.best-schools.co.uk/6th-form-college#:~:text=The%20majority%20of%20private%20sixth,have%20over%2090%25%20overseas%20students.

From this website, search any school and find their website. Look for how to apply as international student

By the way, dont limit yourself by applying to a few sixth forms.
There is no limit to the number of sixth forms you can apply to
If you get multiple offers, you can reject them for the one you want
(See https://www.quora.com/Im-from-the-UK-How-many-sixth-forms-can-I-apply-to for more info)

‘But if you don't apply until mid-September or early October, there is no guarantee that there will be spaces for you in the courses you want to take. Most students will have applied by about January, and indicated what subjects they plan to do, though this may change; the colleges know this, but it's enough of a guide to allow them to plan staffing and a timetable matrix. They need to know how many Maths sets to timetable, how many English Literature, English Language, English Language and Literature, and so on. The whole basic timetable will be all worked out by the summer term, with classrooms and teachers allocated for everything.

When the GCSE results come out in late August, the new students will enrol. Each student will have their own individually created timetable. If there are as many students in a class as there is room for, they often can't just magic up extra desks and chairs for that room and make the class bigger. They may have to say to the student, “I know you want to do Computer Science, but the class in Box A is full. You could do it in Box C, because there's room in that one, but that's the Box in which you were going to do Spanish, and that's only in Box C. Basically, you can do either Spanish or Computer Science, but not both. Which do you want more?” Or whatever it may be.

If you'd applied at the right time, the college would have known what you wanted to do, and allowed for it. But if you just turn up in September, looking hopeful, you'll have to accept what's left. It might not be what you want, and they might just not have room for you at all. And you'll have missed several weeks of work, too.

If you know where you are going to be living, don't waste any more time. Get in touch with your proposed college SOON, and talk to them!’
