It really depends on the subject you want to study. Every university will offer different modules and support with placements/internships/careers. The best thing you can do is visit the unis you are considering at an Open Day - that way you can get a feel for the place, meet the academics, and other students!

I can't really do open days for ntu and bath, I live in essex😭 Went to a college tour at csm and rlly liked it, but i would have to stay at home if i went to ual, because of living costs, and I don't want to spend 2 hours commuting each way. Also the other unis are easier to get in to
Will I be missing out on amazing career opportunities and experiences if I go uni somewhere like nottingham or bath instead of ual?
Hey there,
In the modern world the biggest part of the success is the attitude and the ability to learn. University is a great foundation for the success, and it may provide a lot of support for you, but you are the main person who needs to do the work.
If you have the right attitude, willingness to learn, planning and organisation skills - everything will be available to you
Bath and Nottingham are cities, so it's likely that if you are looking to move to a city to enjoy city life then you 'll benefit from going to either place.
There are great things associated with London, but most of that is because it is a city.
Yes, there is a great art scene in London with lots to see, but that doesn't mean you have to study there to benefit.
It might be useful to weigh up different considerations and to think about what you like about each city and what you don't.
Hope that helps,

It completely depends on what you want to do as your future career. If you're looking down a more creative route, employers are more interested in what experience you have and what you can prove you can do rather than what academic results you have under your belt. If you're looking at a STEM subject for your career and wish to be high up in your profession they may see somewhere like Oxford or Cambridge as more successful but there really isn't that much in it between the universities you've stated. At the end of the day, every employer is different and they're looking for specific things for their company so sometimes generalising isn't the best idea.

Kingston is cheaper than London but you still get the extra London rate of SFE.Ravensbourne is really good for fashion.Newcastle might be another option.

I want to go somewhere with knit/ weave facilities, as I want to specialise in them. I applied for fashion and fashion with foundation year at nua, fashion at bath spa, fashion design at ntu and knitwear design also at ntu
Most employers do not mind which university you got your degree from. Similar to what others have said, it's the experiences, skills and passion you have that matter the most.
I read that you can't visit open days, I would recommend seeing if the universities have virtual open days or livestreams on their social media with student ambassadors taking questions. You do your undergraduate for 3 years so you need to make sure it is right for you.
When looking at universities I would recommend looking at what support you get for helping with your employability. For example at Kent we have dedicated services for students to help with students work not their applications and CV for jobs.
