Room available on Playfair Road Portsmouth
Hi, due to differences and a falling out between myself and some flatmates, I would like to move out of my current property and need someone to take over the lease. The rent is £400/month and utilities are £104.57 a month (£504.57 all together). I live with 2 boys and 2 girls, and all are friendly and amicable, I just have made some inconsiderate decisions. The house is a victorian house so has large rooms and a homely atmosphere, and pictures/videos avaible on request. Please shoot me a message if you are interested.
