What can I do

That depends very much on why you find it hard to study.

Do you have somewhere quiet to study without too many interruptions? Do you get distracted easily by alerts on your phone? Do you have sufficient time to study? Do you find your textbooks too "dry" and boring? Is it a subject you've fallen behind it, so are constantly trying to catch up? Is it a subject you actually have no real interest in?
