Studio tenancy takeover, Sugarhouse Close, Edinburgh

Looking for tenancy takeover anytime from 1st November 2023. It’s an ensuite studio in Sugarhouse Close, Edinburgh, EH8 8FF.

It is centrally located in Edinburgh’s Old Town, close to the train station, Arthur’s Seat, and 15 minutes from the University of Edinburgh. There is a Tesco supermarket next door, and a wide range of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The tenancy agreement runs until the 13th July 2024, the rent includes all bills (including wifi). The rent is £227 per week.

It is in private student halls with a well-equipped common room, 24/7 security, friendly reception staff and onsite service team. You must be a current student to take over the tenancy.
