Worried about BRCA gene and don’t know if I’m eligible for testing
My Grandma got breast cancer when she was in her 40s (i’m not sure of the exact age) and lately I’ve started worrying about the BRCA gene. I’m pretty sure my aunts were tested and it was negative but I know it can be passed to males too so I’m worried if she did have the gene my dad could have got it and then passed it to me or my sister. But idk if we would be eligible for NHS testing? Can anyone give advice Im 19 btw
