Learning to drive RAF
My son turns 17 in a few months and is currently away on basic training with the RAF at Halton. How will learning to drive work (he will be at Cosford for phase 2) does he book a regular driving instructor who picks him up out the base??? What address would go on his driving licence, the base or my address?

Your son's permanent address must be on the licence. Providing the instructor has access to the base then there's no reason your son couldn't be picked up there, Otherwise he will have to arrange a suitable pick up - drop off point.
