Hi, I’m looking for someone to takeover my current contract as soon as possible. The flat is provided by iQ student accommodation so it’s very safe and you can be surrounded by a lot of students. The apartment has many common areas such as gyms, study area, and laundry. The rent is 353 per week with private bathroom. It is located in Hoxton close to old street station.
