I feel down at the moment. I wouldn’t say I’m depressed but I get waves of it every month. And basically my highs are high but my lows are low. I start a new job on Friday , it’s a Christmas temp job but still happy I got it. I just don’t want to start a new job feeling depressed and down because I can’t show my best self which could be really important for making a good impression with everyone. I don’t even know why I feel sad I just do , and I’m starting to doubt if I can even do the job.is there any way I can turn this around before Friday. Also just any tips in general when feeling like this xx

How long has it been going on? Have you had any blood tests done recently? Any changes in your life? You have supportive family, friends?
