Hi, please could I have help on this question? I thought the answer would be D because I did 2*pi*1 /2 to find the circumference of the semi-circle but the answer is B?

You are confused with distance travelled with displacement.
Distance travelled is the semicircle path while displacement is the direct distance between the starting point and end point which is the "diameter" in this case.
