Hi guys! Looking for someone to take over a tenancy with student roost. the room is part of a flat-share with four other female students. Shared kitchen/living room. Flat is generally well kept and clean, and flat-mates are generally quiet, friendly and respectful. The bedroom is comparatively spacious and modern, with a double bed, large desk and plenty of storage (including under bed). there is an ensuite bathroom with shower. All bills included with rent. Lease is for the full year (51 weeks).
