When people submit their NEA, how much programming have they done?
My teachers say that not alot of students totally finish but how far is their work from the finish line?

Depends on the projects really -- most people I know finished theirs completely and got pretty good marks for it. Well, I say "completely" but there's always improvements to be made. Point is that the program has to meet the objectives that you outline at the beginning of the project (which is pretty hard if you don't finish it lol)
