Criminal Damage
I am a second year student and I really hate my accommodation. I get angry easily and I flipped put which has caused huge dents and cracks in the walls of my flat. I would accept any fines I think the damage would constitute at least 1000 pounds. But I'm worried they will prosecute me for intentional criminal damage and I will go to prison. Is this likely to happen?
I... I don't think so as long as you're willing to pay for the damage (I'd imagine it will be a pretty substantial bill).
That type of rage is not good though, so I'd also whole-heartedly reccomend you seek out help in managing your anger.
