Why am I having trouble topping up my 18+ travel card online?
I normally top up in corner shops but this time I wanted to do it online. I followed all of the instructions and it "declined" my payment and said to try again later. I tried again later but this time it won't accept the zones and time period I applied for because there is already an "existing travel card" for it. I am so confused. So have I paid for it and its all good?
