Finance/Accounting Degree possible from BTEC/CTEC???

I'm currently doing
CTEC Business Diploma (worth 2 a levels)
And
CTEC IT (introductory diploma) - worth 1 a level

Would I be able to do a finance/accounting degree with CTECs alone?

Yes. But with those qualifications you'll probably be limited to those which specify their entry requirements in terms of UCAS points. For example:

• Accounting and Finance BSc (Hons) at University of Bradford (details)
• Accountancy and Finance BSc (Hons) at Solent University (details)
• Accounting and Finance BA (Hons) at University of Hertfordshire (details)

You'll get in somewhere as long as you get the required grades and don't set your sights too high. You are likely to be able to apply to most of the Met universities and those that are a second university in a City. For example, Liverpool John Moores or Nottingham Trent. The only other requirement would be certain GCSE grades for English and Maths, which are pretty rigid.
