Best MSc for a top PhD program

Best MSc for a top PhD program

I was recently accepted to a double degree in economics and social sciences at Bocconi (MSc first year) and UC Louvain (MRes second year). I am interested in having this experience, however, I would like to know if this option is still better than a APE Master at PSE or a MSc in Economics at Bonn which are top masters in Europe. Since I have already lived and studied in Milan, I am prioritizing learning a new language like French or German, but Bocconi's Career Service and the research institutions like IGIER and LIDAM could boost my probabilities of getting good LoR and internships. Which one would you choose?
