I need help
My mother came home a few hours ago from the hospital after being there for 7 days from a deadly virus. She returned still weak and I noticed when trying to change her shirt that she has visible bruises on both sides of her shoulders. When we asked what happened to her, she said the NHS staff pushed her beck to her bed several times when she tried getting up to use the toilet. And she was unable to defend herself as she is really physically weak. It really broke my heart when she explained what had happened to her. They abused her numerous times. She went to get an x-ray and it will be posted by tomorrow.
Is there anything we can do to take action? Should there be videotape of the abuse?
