Contract takeover near Reading University, April - July

Hi there! I’m looking for a contract takeover for my Ensuite Room at Reading, Queens Court from 23/03/2024 – 13/07/2024 at £3,040 for 112 days (£27.14 per day).
Situated in the centre of town, Queen’s Court is an excellent place to stay with friendly staff and security on site 24 hours, and excellent facilities such as a gym, cinema room, washroom, and lounge.
The room you will be subletting is a silver Ensuite, it comes with:
• A small double bed
• TV
• Fridge in your room
• Wardrobe and shelving space
• Desk, chair, and lamp
• Pinboard and wall space
• Ensuite shower room
• Shared kitchen space
The kitchen is shared with only 1 other flatmate (who is tidy and quiet). The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, a convection oven, and 2 induction hobs. Other facilities in the accommodation include laundry facilities, 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, study spaces, a cinema room, a free gym and more. The accommodation also hosts almost weekly events to take part in.
