university entry requirements

The subjects I have chosen are A-level Mathematics, BTEC Level 3 Extended Certificate in Applied Science, and BTEC Level 3 Extended Certificate in Business Studies. I am wondering if, with these qualifications, it is possible to gain admission to a Russell Group university for the Biomedical Engineering course, particularly with an English Language Grade 4 in GCSE. If so, could you please specify which universities and the required grades for each subject?
